Traditional Women’s Healing Treatments

These are slow, deeply held bodywork sessions for women at all stages of life.

Each treatment is a journey — a space to be held, listened to and supported through the body. Sessions are shaped around what you need on the day and may include oils and aromatherapy, rebozo, Closing the Bones, Holding the Bones, womb and breast massage, reflexology, grounding touch, breath and rest.

This work can support women through pregnancy, postnatal recovery, grief, loss, burnout, hormonal change, life transitions, menstrual cycle connection, menopause, or simply the need to come back into the body.

A focused restorative session for grounding, rest and reconnection.

90 minutes — £75
A deeper treatment journey with time for bodywork, wrapping, womb work, rebozo or Closing the Bones.

120 minutes — £90

A full women’s healing session with time to arrive, be deeply held, receive layered bodywork and integrate slowly.

A deeply relaxing Lomi Lomi massage using long, flowing strokes to restore balance and support whole-body wellbeing.

Mud Bath and Cocao Ceremony

This is a unique experience which indulges all of your body’s senses; cleansing your body from the inside, out.
Ceremonial cacao followed by a warm ancient clay mud bath using a homemade blend of ethically, hand-sourced virgin clays (not rained on or farmed for over 30 million years), coffee granules, herbs and essential oils.

Cathy is a qualified reflexologist, passionate about this gentle therapeutic practice which brings the body back into balance; it yields profound results when the free flow of energy is restored. She loves helping her clients ‘feel more well’, holding space for what is needed physically, emotionally and spiritually.

In her London and Brighton practices she supports clients with hormonal imbalances, skin, hair and nail issues, allergies, stress-related symptoms such as anxiety and musculo-skeletal pain.

Somatic Thai Yoga Massage

Thai Yoga Massage is a practice of deep listening. A deeply relaxing, holistic therapy which treats the whole person, not the symptoms of, disease. The therapy may bring relief to a wide range of acute and chronic conditions, restoring the free flow of energy to the whole body. By easing tension, circulation and elimination is improved.
