Tess has been teaching yoga and Dance for over 15 years, now Tess focuses offering a practice rooted in gentleness, presence, and deep listening. Following a life-changing accident, her teaching evolved into a softer, more compassionate approach that honours the realities of chronic pain, fatigue, and the need for spaciousness. She now specialises in slow, nurturing practices that support nervous system regulation and invite students to meet themselves exactly as they are. Tess creates inclusive, accessible spaces where beginners and those living with pain can move, breathe, and rest without pressure or expectation—just an invitation to soften and reconnect.
