Sara Dale is a strong advocate for taking responsibility for one’s own health and well-being and has always been drawn to natural healing methods.
She discovered homeopathy over 20 years ago and has been using it ever since. After being diagnosed with a thyroid condition in her 30s, she found that her body did not respond sufficiently to the prescribed medication. This led her to explore alternative approaches.
Upon consulting a homeopath, she began to experience significant improvements and has not looked back since. She later took her daughter to the same homeopath for recurring oral thrush, which had persisted despite anti-fungal medication. The impressive results inspired her to enroll in a four-year course at the School of Homeopathy in Stroud. That was ten years ago, and since then, neither she nor her daughter have required any medication beyond homeopathy and nutritional supplements.
Food, nutrition, and yoga are also essential aspects of her life, alongside making time for enjoyment. Last year, she enrolled in a part-time Nutrition course with the School of Health to deepen her understanding of this vital subject. She is passionate about using her knowledge to help others improve their well-being.
Recognizing that there is always more to learn, she regularly attends CPD courses, which also provide valuable opportunities for connection with fellow homeopaths.
