After two decades of touring as a professional vocalist, Emily Gervers found herself burned out and disconnected from her passion for music. In 2021, despite returning to the road, she struggled with overwhelming anxiety and fatigue, ultimately stepping away from the stage in 2022. During this time, she rediscovered yoga—a practice that reconnected her with simplicity, joy, and ease.

Yoga’s holistic approach mirrored the full-body experience of performance but, unlike the stage, provided space for rest and healing. It became a powerful tool in her recovery from burnout. Inspired by its transformative effects, Emily pursued yoga training in 2023, blending her years of performance experience with newly acquired skills to become a compassionate and encouraging teacher.

Focusing on breath, movement, and self-acceptance, she now helps others unlock their creative potential, release blockages, and find peace and clarity. Through events and retreats, Emily shares her love of music and movement, fostering deeper connections both within herself and among her students. Proudly embracing both roles—singer and yogi—she uses the power of voice and yoga to inspire healing and creativity.

Her work offers a unique path to harmony, weaving together the transformative elements of both music and yoga.
