Den Building
Get out in the forest and build a natural den from the fallen branches.
Magical Sound Adventure for Kids
This interactive sound journey is designed to transport children to a whimsical world of imagination through the power of sound. Using a variety of instruments, music, and storytelling, children will be guided on a creative exploration of different sounds and their effects on emotions and moods.
Face Painting
Making you feel extra special and colourful with creative face painting in a variety of themes: princesses, superheros, jungle animals and more…
Rounders
The fun game of rounders can be played anywhere and with all ages!
Qigong and Sensory Sounds
Family friendly with storytelling at the start!
Followed by Qigong Movement practice, healing sounds and a lower volume sound bath experience with hands on fun!
Graffiti
Our graffiti art workshops are great for children aged 7 years old and upwards. Kids will be shown basic lettering formation techniques and create an actual graffiti piece to takeaway.
Ecstatic Dance For Families
Your little (or slightly bigger) ones can enjoy free movement to music in a safe, positive and non-judgemental space. We will start with a fun “shaking” warm-up and then you’re free to move, dance, stomp or jump however your wonderful little hearts desire!
Spirit of the Wild: Family Nature Exploration
A mindful walk through nature, exploring and connecting with our natural world. Engage in a scavenger hunt and allow your spirit animals to express themselves through nature-inspired art and embodied movement to unleash your inner wild self.
Creative Forest School
Fostering creativity, teamwork, and connection to nature. This fun event includes foraging for leaves and flowers to create prints to take home. Get back to a nature and ‘hug-a-tree’, and join in the ‘tree games’.
This workshop is suitable for children and their grown ups, from age 7-12 (although younger and older children are welcome).
Football
Always a favourite with the kids, and so good to get them running around!
Forest School
Matt & Leone are Forest School Leaders and work extensively therapeutically with young people outdoors. Forest school sessions will include whitling, fire lighting, campfire cooking (maybe with marshmallows!), group games and lots of fun. Children 6-16. Children under 6 are welcome with an adult.
Arts Classes
Creative expression through arts and crafts. The session will allow children to just be. No screen time, just time to enjoy their creativity, and be their true selves.
Felt crafts
Making finger puppets and other fun things out of felt!
Dance Party
A fun dance party for the little ones of our tribe.
Fairy Gardens
Making fairy gardens from some items found naturally in woodland and fields, and some bought items, enabling you to leave your own mini piece of magic.
Poi Making
Make your own Poi and learn to spin them in this easy and fun workshop!

Tennis Tournament
Fun challenges for kids on the venue’s tennis courts. No experience needed!
Swimming Sessions
Bring your swimming gear! We’ll have swimming sessions available at this summer’s event (children to be accompained by adults please).
Bugs & Butterflies Art Workshop
For ages 5+ and families. Learn about British butterflies and other insects then create your own artwork, using watercolour paints and pastels. Aga is an artist, musician, art historian and inspirator sharing her love for beauty, nature and art through engaging art activities. Her classes are enriched with live music played by Artur, to create a meditative space for creative flow.
Kids Zen Den
For kids to have fun whilst exploring mindfulness techniques that can help them regulate their emotions.
Sculpting Nature
This is a family friendly session offering an opportunity to relax as you explore
making something with clay. We will use air drying terracotta.
Make a pinch pot and decorate it with foraged items, or sculpt a tree creature and leave it somewhere to protect and then dissolve into the land.
All ages welcome. Young children need to be supervised by an adult.

DJ Mixing Workshop
A vinyl mixing workshop for teens. Learn the fundamental skills of beat mixing and blending sounds – with international DJ
Dave Wired. And, if you like, you can demonstrate your new DJ skills at the teen disco.
Backgammon
Join in our backgammon tournament – winner stays on. We have numerous boards in play at once, sometimes with pairs of teams playing each other. It’s competitive but hugely enjoyable stuff.

A space for boys aged 12-18 to connect with each other, safely explore the challenges they face in the world and explore authentic ways of communicating, with themselves and others.
Introduction To Reading Tarot
A unique approach to reading the tarot, combining symbols and archetypes from around the world with each person’s unique language of intuition and communication. Part chat, part q&a, loads of practice and lots of joy to be had.
Teenage Girls Circle
For young women aged 13+ – bring your fullest selves to be heard in circle with your sisters. Bring your joy, your fear, your love, your fire and power. We will talk about what matters to you most and if talking is too hard, we can just be quiet. Or just swear and laugh. It’s up to you, come as you are. We can’t wait to see you!

Growing Up With Diagnosis
Navigating life with a ‘mental health’ diagnosis, or if you support a family member or friend. In this workshop, we intend to dispel myths, analyse narratives, and use a Fifteen Steps piece written as a voluntary patient at a mental health facility to walk us through the minefield that is Mental Health.
