Wellness-Essary was founded by Laura and Blaise, qualified holistic wellness practitioners devoted to guiding people back into connection with themselves, their bodies, and their inner wisdom.
Together, they curate immersive wellness experiences that support deep healing, emotional awareness, and personal transformation. Their work blends somatic healing, psychology, yoga, breathwork, meditation, and energy practices to create safe, empowering spaces for growth and self-discovery.
Blaise’s journey began through her own lived experience of childhood trauma, which led her into profound self-exploration and healing. Qualified in psychology and integrative somatic trauma therapy, she now works as a healing guide supporting women to redefine their identity, heal self-abandonment patterns, and break free from survival mode. Her intuitive, body-based and energetic approach creates powerful shifts rooted in safety and self-compassion.
Laura’s path of self-discovery through travel has shaped her distinctive yoga teaching style, weaving together Hatha, Vinyasa, Ashtanga, Yin, and Restorative practices. With a strong focus on breathwork and meditation, she guides participants toward self-awareness, balance, and inner calm. Viewing yoga as a holistic pathway to self-realisation, Laura creates experiences that extend far beyond the physical practice. She is also a certified Neurodynamic Breathwork facilitator, helping others to find their own inner guiding intelligence and become their own self healer.
Together, Laura and Blaise deliver grounded yet expansive workshops that invite participants to reconnect with their authentic selves, regulate their nervous systems, and experience deep inner alignment.
