Hatha Yoga - Karen Duke

Connecting to the physical body through asana (postures). Identifying imbalances and tension held in the body and working with the breath to help find release.
Finding strength in postures through the subtle engagements of the hands and feet.
Classes finish with a 15 minute guided relaxation/meditation.

Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat if you have one as well as a warm covering/blanket for the relaxation.

About Karen
My first yoga class had such a profound impact on me that I have been practising ever since. That was over 25 years ago.
I qualified as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2006.
I am a fully trained Yoga Therapist having trained with Yoga Campus (London).
I am fully qualified in Fusion massage and Crystal Therapy.

Sun and Moon Health Education CIC is a not-for-profits organisation, promoting holistic wellbeing, health, and positive values and behaviour. We do not sell alcohol at the festival or gatherings, as we believe that we don't need any artificial stimulants to have a great time. We offer vegan and vegetarian food at all of our events, to promote consideration for the planet and our own health. Our aim is to bring people together in an atmosphere of love and respect, acceptance and friendship.
