Connecting to the physical body through asana (postures). Identifying imbalances and tension held in the body and working with the breath to help find release.
Finding strength in postures through the subtle engagements of the hands and feet.
Classes finish with a 15 minute guided relaxation/meditation.
Please wear comfortable clothing, bring a mat if you have one as well as a warm covering/blanket for the relaxation.

I qualified as a yoga teacher with the British Wheel of Yoga in 2006.
I am a fully trained Yoga Therapist having trained with Yoga Campus (London).
I am fully qualified in Fusion massage and Crystal Therapy.
