Yoga practices provide a foundation of techniques to ease us through the trials and tribulations of life.
The physical practices support continued strength and mobility as the body ages. They help rebalance muscular structure from work or sport induced imbalance.
And they provide awareness of injury and tools for healing.

Meditation and breathing practices re-centre when the mind is scattered and provide resourceful strength and autonomy.
These sessions give a taster of how yoga can support us through our lives or a reminder of core practices to those already delving into the delights of yoga. Hence sessions are open to all adults.
Please bring a mat and 2 warm coverings - any combination of blanket, towel and warm jumper.
