I will be guiding you on a journey through sound, connecting you to your breath and your body.
This will lead us into the practice of Himalayan Hatha Yoga. This class is suitable for all levels.
You will be guided through a sequence to enable you to practice this traditional style of yoga.
You will experience the sequencing of poses and engaging locks (bandhas) within the body to channel the energy also known as our prana and life force.
This is a strong, yet supportive form of yoga, working through the entire body, cleansing and revitalising through the various asanas, pranayama practices and relaxation exercises.

I am a Yoga and Meditation Teacher; I have been teaching yoga since 2016 but have been practicing for much longer and the practice has transformed my life.
I learnt to channel the benefits of yoga to manage the various physical, mental, emotional and spiritual challenges of life.
Since this time, I have been teaching yoga to adults and children sharing the amazing benefits to improve the physical and emotional well-being of others.
My yoga journey has also coincided with me having 2 babies which led me into Pregnancy and Postnatal Yoga training which helped to support my practice and development
through this transformational journey and to assist other pregnant women during this magical time.
I am a DōTERRA Wellness Advocate and use essential oils daily in my life, as well as working with the energy of crystals which support me on my journey of healing and being present
and connected to my higher self.
I have recently completed Rahanni Celestial Healing which I am incorporating into my work spreading love and light. I look forward to sharing my practice. Namaste.
