Thai Yoga Massage Tips - Hardika Ladva

This is a practical workshop working in pairs.
Tips will be shared for you to practice on each other allowing you to directly appreciate how the other person feels when you are doing the treatment on them.
It encourages working with compassion and empathy for the receiver.

Hardika has been a Thai massage practitioner and teacher since 2002, and has been doing this full time for 15 years. She trained in Chaing Mai, Northern Thailand.

Traditionally Thai massage is practised fully clothed on a mat on the floor.
A full treatment can be up to 3 hours, working on the feet, legs, back , shoulders, neck, hands, face and head, by pressing on energy lines and stretching the body in yoga like positions.
The treatment is sometimes also known as Lazy Yoga. It can be carried out in supine, prone, sitting and side positions.

In these workshops we will cover a small selection of massage practices for fun, so everyone can practise on their friends and family for relaxation.
There need for prior experience.
