A Beginners Guide to the Enneagram - Tash Young

The Enneagram is a system of 9 personality types which individuals orientate towards, depending on the mixture of nature/nurture factors we are born into
and develop through in childhood.

In workshop 1, you will learn about the 9 tendencies encompassed in the Enneagram, sometimes described as personality types.
The system is based on 9 core beliefs and 9 associated core fears. Identifying which beliefs you most struggle with and which fear you feel most  deeply can
throw light on how your personality expresses itself. As you become more healthy, or experience stress, you can move between numbers.
This can help you identify your own red flags and build towards emotional health. In turn, this can lead to a more understanding and compassionate relationship with your self and others.
This is the workshop for you if you have an interest in knowing yourself better, or maybe understanding a loved one who confuses you!

Workshop 2 is for those who want to know more or who would like an opportunity to reflect further.
We will examine what it means to have enneagram wings and how your instincts impact on your personality tendencies.

There will be listening, there will be stories, there will probably be laughter and tears (mine). All welcome.
