This is an opportunity to experience Tai Chi, (Yang family, 24-form), playing with your tantien (one of the centres of
energy), chi (life energy), relaxing and generally having a good time.
Circumstances permitting, we will spend time on yoga mats or chairs to get a physical sense of the tantien and chi, then
take that into the standing movements that make up the form.
Classes are suitable for adults of all ages and fitness levels looking to benefit from this art
