Nonviolent Communication - Philippe Christof

Have you ever been in an argument, where you were it turns out you were talking about completely different things?

Have you found yourself struggling in personal relationships where there is blame, criticism, judgement or a sense of power and dominance?

Using the tools of Nonviolent Communication (NVC) we can begin to transform conflict, gain insight and clarity, and re-learn how to celebrate life in our everyday relationship with ourselves and others.

"With NVC we learn to hear our own deeper needs and those of others. Through its emphasis on deep listening - to ourselves as well as others - NVC helps us discover the depth of our own compassion. This language reveals the awareness that all human beings are only trying to honour universal values and needs, every minute, every day". (cnvc.org)
