Introducing Gestalt - Iban Miguel Antolin

Gestalt Therapy is a valuable tool for self-knowledge and transformation for anyone who wants to know and increase their level of consciousness.

The Gestalt is a humanistic therapy, which is based on accompanying the person attending to their own resources taking it into account in its entirety, that is, its emotional, corporal, mental and spiritual, the person is taken as a unit , in which the different parts have to be attended and connected.

It puts the attention to the emotional field, rather than in the mind, it focuses on the 'here and now' with what emerges in the moment and accompanies the person to take conscience and take responsibility for himself, listening and accepting himself just like is.

We will play, move and relate to each other in different ways to give the awareness of who we are, and who we are not.
