Introducing the new 30-40 minute “Max Interval Training” session, which will run early mornings, before breakfast.
These workshops require no gym or equipment; your own body will be your resistance.
Workshops are suited to both beginners and advanced and there will be modifications for people who struggle with any exercises. All are welcome.
The program is based on a fitness method called 'max interval training'. In traditional interval training, you exercise at a very intense pace for a short period of time, and then rest for longer periods in between.
The idea here is to increase your aerobic fitness level, while burning fat.
These workshops will have you work as hard as you can for 3-minute intervals, with 30-second periods of rest in between.
