Using prana or cosmic life force consciously in each breath, is a deeply healing, complete self medication, that has been used for five thousand years . The immune system is strengthened as toxins are eliminated. Balancing the chemistry of the brain helps to release fears and emotional blocks. These tools offer a way to live that is more vital, more inspired, less fear and anxiety based and ultimately fulfilling on a deeper aspect of life.

In this session, you will experience directly a specific sequence of breaths to change the brain and blood chemistry so that YOU feel in your highest state of vitality, physically, mentally and spiritually. You will learn all the tools required to begin your own daily home Pranayama practice.

Everyone is welcome, no previous experience needed, if you can breathe you can do it!


Encouraged to immerse into Ancient Eastern Wisdom from an early age, Sangeeta experienced the powerful effects of Pranayama on a very personal level, witnessing her father recover from illness. This become her catalyst to return to India in 2005, studying Pranayama with Swami Ramdevji and to share this Yogic knowledge with others.

Experiencing and teaching Kundalini Yoga has further enhanced my understanding that ultimately, life is all about energy. We have a direct connection to harnessing and controlling this life force within the body, through our own breath of life.

My aim is to bring yoga back to its true form. Yoga is a lifestyle, as explained in the ancient yoga sutras. We need this technology now more than ever
