Classical Ballet both strengthens and lengthens the body and adds grace and support to our movement. This gentle class will follow the structure of a classical ballet class including barre work and centre practice.
We will focus on correct alignment and support and will dance with grace and beauty.
It will be a workout but one that you'll enjoy.
Please wear socks to the class (I will bring spares) or even ballet shoes if you have them!
This class is suitable for complete beginners as well as more experienced dancers. Suitable for pre-teens, teenagers and adults.
Lewis has trained in dance at Coventry University, The Scottish School of Contemporary Dance, Birkbeck College (University of London) and Northbrook College (Brighton University). Lewis' teaching style is engaging and fun... and he ensures that all participants receive individual attention during his classes.
