This is gymnastics, with the emphasis on fun.
The relaxed classes will include a gym warm-up session, as well as balances - arch, dish, supported V-sit, supported lever and (a pretend) beam.
We'll also cover a range of jumps, bunny hops, flexibility and split stretches.
The lesson will include a cool-down session and a couple of gym-based games, including 'Cross The River' and 'What's The Time Mr Wolf?'
All ages welcome.
Please bring a mat if you have one (non-essential) and a drink.
About Kristin and Ali
Kristin has been learning gymnastics since the age of 3. At 11 years of age (almost 12) she is in the British Gymnastics teaching training academy, and is
an assistant coach once a week at her gym club, helping 4 to 10 year olds with their skills.
Ali is Kristin's mum. Her gymnastic skills really aren't that great, but she'll help with the fun part of the session!
