Insight Yoga integrates Yin & Yang (active and receptive) styles of yoga that come from the classical Indian Hatha tradition,
as well as Taoist forms of yoga. Focus is placed on meridians and nadis to cultivate prana (energy) on the inside, moving our awareness towards the more subtle aspects of our being.
Mindfulness meditation, chanting, visualisation and inquiry create connection, clarity and a pathway to insight.
Classical Yoga, Buddhist teachings, holistic medicine and biomechanics are among the streams that inform her practice, study and teaching,
as she draws inspiration and guidance from the wisdom and research of both East and West.
