We will be working on detoxing and cleansing the body with a meditation to heal the body. 

Maya's big passion is Kundalini Yoga; she has been practicing Kundalini for the last eight years.

Kundalini yoga has changed her meaning of life, she has found something she's really connected with, which makes her feel absolutely awesome, but also strong and grounded at the same time.

Maya enjoys her early morning practice and notices how much energy and focus she has throughout the day. Kundalini yoga has made a huge impact on her health and general well being.

She now wants to shout from the roof top and wants to be heard about the science of Kundalini Yoga and how it can solve many of our societies health issues.
