Our feet establish the foundation for our entire body – when was the last time you really thought about your feet and your connection with mother earth?
 
A sequence of yoga postures, working with the breath, which will help to connect with your feet bringing postural awareness, as well as working on a more subtle level both psychologically and emotionally deepening that connection with your inner self.
 
About Karen
 
Karen is BWY trained and has been teaching yoga for 15 years. She is also a qualified yoga therapist.
 
Karen has studied other therapies including Fusion Massage, Dorn therapy, Merlin Energy healing and Reiki.
