Laughter Yoga - Liz Watts

Unconditional laughter with others increases community happiness. This session combines the health benefits of deep, yoga style breathing with exercises to lift the spirit and induce laughter.
There are many benefits associated with hearty laughter including toning abdominal, facial and breathing muscles, boosting the immune system by de-stressing and the release of feel-good hormones, endorphins.  
The session concludes with a short yoga nidra relaxation.

Please bring something to lie on, plus a warm covering.
I am a Certified Laughter Yoga Leader as guided by the founder Dr Madan Kataria. I also hold a yoga teaching diploma from the British Wheel of Yoga along with an assortment of other teaching module qualifications. 
I gain much leading these sessions, bringing more laughter into my life and others is such a joyful privilege.
