Jane will lead us in two different styles of class, offering two classes of each. Each class could be taken on it's own, but will also lead on from each other, in order to create a continuing learning experience
Opening the heart
An integrated flowing asana class with music; the focus is on warming & preparing the whole body for back-bending safely and in trust, from a base of strength and an open heart.

Astanga Vinyasa - Moving Meditation
Jane will lead you through the classic sequence of postures, giving useful teaching tips & modifications to enable everyone to participate and experience the joy of this physically challenging, highly enjoyable flowing practice. Jane has 18 yrs experience in this method & Sri K Pattabhi Jois' blessing to teach.
Jane is BWY trained and has been teaching for 33 years, with a wide range of skill and experience in various styles of Yoga. As Jane says..
