Vinyasa flow yoga - Vinyasa Flow Yoga is a series of smoothly flowing postures which are synchronised with the breath, creating a fluid form of yoga that becomes a graceful dance with spirit. It is a dynamic practice sometimes to the back drop of music that can be fast-paced and challenging at times so is known for its strengthening and toning qualities but more importantly, it helps focus the mind-body connection and invites you on a journey inward using movement and the meditative qualities of the breath as your guide. In Sanskrit ‘Vinyasa’ literally translates as ‘connection’ - so come and enjoy the connection between your breath and your body to experience your inner joy and leave you in a relaxed and meditative state.
