Learning how to communicate effectively with yourself not only provides you with insights to your challenges and life questions,
but also offers clarity, gratitude, confidence to act and deep self-acceptance.
 
With safety and support we will be inviting parts of yourself to step forward and express their wants, needs and fundamental purpose. 
Through pair work and individual reflection we will facilitate sacred dialogues between you, the part of you that yearns for safety and your wisest self. 
In this way, all parts of you are invited to become supportive companions on your journey.

With more insight into what you want and need, you’ll be more effective at making decisions that truly serve you, that are aligned, authentic and feel true.



About Erika:
 
After studying philosophy and psychology and training as a transformational life coach, Erika began working 1:1 with individuals
from all backgrounds, from entrepreneurs to ex-offenders. 
Immersed in alternative therapies from childhood, Erika continued her personal development in both psychological and spiritual practices, training in Reiki, Mindfulness,
The Journey by Brandon Bays, and Shadow work.
Through this work, Living Inspired Coaching was born, focusing on helping people live a life that inspires them with deep self-acceptance, meaning and purpose. 
Combining coaching techniques with those from traditional counselling approaches and complementary therapies,
Erika and her clients create a unique and personal journey grounded in heart-led pragmatism.
