Laughter yoga is a fun form of aerobic exercise with many health and well-being benefits including stress reduction, physical and emotional release and social connection.
You do not need to be bendy or to wear special clothing. Layers are good as laughing heats us up quite quickly.
Bring a bottle of water and a yoga mat or blanket to lie on at the end of the session.
Laughter helps us to make positive connections and this will be a friendly, sociable workshop.
There will be lots of eye contact, smiling and, of course, laughter.
Age 16 and over please.
I coordinate the Eastbourne Laughter Club with other lovely laughers and I previously ran laughter yoga sessions at Sun and Moon in 2016.
We laughed so loud that local workmen put down their tools to come and investigate!
Personal development interests me in all its forms. I am trained in coaching, Love Yourself Heal Your Life workshops, Laughter Yoga and reiki.
I work in community development in East Sussex. In my spare time I love to sing with Bourne to Sing, go walking or spend time on my allotment.
Animals are a big part of my life and I am currently studying animal healing with the Healing Animals Organisation.
