Let us imagine a crackling camp fire in our midst.
The sky above is full of stars and of course the moon! We'll gather... to share, connect and be as one in this group for an hour or so.
Let us hold hands, to bring us together and sound ‘OMM’; the sound of the beginning of the world.
You will be asked to share with someone you have never met - your name, a little about yourself - and why you have come to this workshop.
Please be mindful of what you repeat outside the circle – remembering the need for confidentiality at all times.
