Alexander Technique - Sara Khoroosi

“You translate everything, whether physical, mental or spiritual, into muscular tension. Change involves carrying out an activity against the habit of life... We can throw away the habit of a lifetime in a few minutes if we use our brains.”

F.M. Alexander

"I find the Alexander Technique very helpful in my work. Things happen without you trying.  They get you to be light and relaxed. You must get an Alexander teacher to show it to you."

John Cleese - Actor, Comedian, Ministry of Silly Walks

“Sara is an intuitive, sensitive and flexible teacher who I have complete trust in. She brings humour and a gentle yet firm manner which challenges me when I need it and also helps me let go and learn more about my body and movement in every session. Always professional and kind I highly recommend Sara to anyone interested in learning the Alexander Technique” Events Manager

"Sarah is a charismatic teacher, patient, intuitive and humorous. My lessons with her were so much more about improving my posture or relieving my pains; they offered me a different way of carrying myself physically and emotionally in a manner that can only be described as therapeutic".
