Expressive movement (physical theatre) - Louise Watts

- Young teens (11+), Teens and adults, for total beginners and up!

 
Aims:
- Learn how the body can be used to tell a story
- Learn about Greek theatre
- Express yourself through movement
- Make a piece of work collaboratively
- Have fun!

 Activities include:
- Yoga Warm up
- The dance diamond - talk about how it came from Greek theatre
- Choreographed words guessing game
- “I bet you can’t” game
- Show the theatre/dance! Celebrate!
- Perform the dance at the end of the week show.
