All activities are free with the festival entrance fees

  • Children from age groups 4-7 will be signed in and out, with activities provided throughout the mornings, from 9am until 12:30pm.
  • Children in age groups 8-10 and 11+ will have activities in the mornings, but also in the afternoon from 4pm until 5:30pm. 
  • There will be some activities aimed specifically at teens (13+) but teenagers are also welcome in the 11+ activities, and in adult activities if they are appropriate for the child
  • Children aged 15+ are welcome to come as volunteers - to help the younger ones in their activities.
  • Between lunch and 4pm circus equipment will be provided and free play will be encouraged for all ages in the main festival area. 
  • A toddlers space children aged up to 3 years old is also staffed from 9am to 12:30, but children should be supervised at all times by their parent or guardian. 

Mornings will focus on sports and creative arts and crafts, with a continuous program provided in these for all age groups. Download the 2017 programme here if you would like to see how that ran on a daily basis:
